What you need to know:

When we contact you to confirm or arrange an appointment, you will be asked a series of questions relating to COVID-19 in order to assess your potential risk profile. We appreciate your patience during this time but we want to let you know that we are thinking carefully about your safety. 

If you have had a cough or cold and been in contact with anyone who has a bad cold/flu we may need to adjust your appointment time accordingly. If you are elderly or have underlying health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, emphysema, you will be designated a patient at risk. If you are in this category, we would like to assure you, we have systems in place to ensure we further reduce your risk when you attend the clinic. 

If you are a new patient to the clinic you will need to fill in our on-line Medical History/ Dental History questionnaire and email this to us BEFORE you present to our office so we can review your details prior to your arrival.  Please click HERE to submit your Medical/ dental history online.

We do ask for your patience as we all adapt to the “new normal” at the practice. We will do our very best to prioritise those patients with more urgent/ acute conditions.
